Face-to-face Appointments

If you require an appointment to see a clinician, you will need to call the surgery and speak to our trained staff.

For a Same Day appointment, our telephone lines open at 08:00 Monday to Friday – our Patient Service Advisors will ask you the reason for the appointment to ensure your request is dealt with correctly.

For a non-urgent, routine appointment to see a clinician or any other enquiry, we ask that you call after 11:00 – this allows us to deal with urgent enquiries first.

To book routine appointments for medication reviews; chronic disease reviews (e.g. asthma, COPD, diabetes); blood tests; BP checks; injections or smears, please continue to call the surgery between 11:00-18:00, Monday to Friday when lines are less busy.
